Leveling the Playing Field for Canadian ASPs: NASTF & AIA Canada's Webinar on Securing Better Access to OE Repair Information (English Only Webinar)
As a busy automotive service provider (ASP), all you want to do is quickly repair that car sitting in your service bay and get on with other tasks. But you don’t have the right diagnostics, tools, or service information to get moving! Instead, you sit around waiting for someone in your dealership network to give you the information. Certainly not the best way of safely and efficiently repairing vehicles.
At AIA Canada, we realize the importance of quickly and easily accessing OEM-level repair information for Canadian ASPs. This is why we have partnered with the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF), a US-based non-profit organization that works closely with carmakers to secure better access to repair information for North American ASPs.
This webinar will be presented by NASTF Executive Officer, Donny Seyfer, who has more than 30 years of experience as a technician, shop owner/manager, and trainer. At NASTF, he is working closely with other shop owners, technicians, OEMs, tool companies, trainers and service information providers to level the playing field.
This webinar is targeted towards ASPs in the:
- Mechanical sector
- Collision sector
We will be curating questions beforehand for this session. The second half hour of this webinar is dedicated to answering your questions. It intended to be interactive in nature where audience participation is highly encouraged.
REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED!

The National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF) is a not-for-profit organization established to facilitate the identification and correction of gaps in the availability and accessibility of automotive service information, service training, diagnostic tools and equipment, and communications. NASTF helps to ensure an equal playing field for all automotive service professionals.
