Audit and Finance Committee
Chair: Doug Reevey
Assists the board in fulfilling its responsibilities with respect to the integrity of the association’s financial audits, reporting, and processes. Read more about the committee.

Be Car Care Aware (BCCA) Committee    
Chair: Marc Therrien
Group of representatives from each BCCA sponsor company that provide industry input and make recommendations as to the direction of the program.­ Read more about the committee.

Canada Night Committee
Chair:  Ken Coulter
Assists in the solicitation of sponsors for the ever-popular Canada Night event held during Industry Week in Las Vegas and ensures the integrity of the invite-only guest list.

Collision Council
Chair: Flavio Battilana
Directs, coordinates, and prioritizes initiatives related to the improvement of the Canadian collision repair industry. Also acts as the central hub for collision repair industry support and works closely with CCIF. Read more about the committee.

Division Chairs Committee
Chair: Tony Canade
Forum for division chairs that allows them to network, share best practices, exchange ideas, identify common concerns, and advise AIA with respect to key industry issues. Read more about the committee.

Government Relations Committee
Chair: Steve Gushie
Identifies and prioritizes government relations issues, influences government on industry issues, monitors proposed government legislation/regulations, establishes an industry position on policy issues, and lobbies the government on the industry’s behalf. Read more about the committee.

High Fives for Kids Foundation Board of Directors
Chair: Ken Coulter
Participates in fundraising, builds awareness about the Foundation, and ensures that collected funds are donated to appropriate charitable organizations. Read more about the High Fives for Kids Foundation.

Human Resources Advisory Committee    
Chair: Shad Smereka
Undertakes research and analysis related to human resource policy and practices in the automotive aftermarket industry. Its scope ranges from employee recruitment, apprenticeship and training, organizational development, and pay and benefits standards. Read more about the committee.

Market Research Committee
Chair: François Cadoret
Acts as the central hub for detailed strategic data bringing value to the membership by gathering statistical information from repositories of existing data or initiating new market research projects. Read more about the committee.

Young Executive Society (YES) Committee    
Chair: Derek Chinn
Acts as the voice and resource for young executives in the automotive aftermarket industry; provides young members with a forum to express their views on current industry issues; and offers opportunities for networking, professional development, and mentorship. Read more about the committee.
