YPA Committee announces appointment of Hitesh Patel as Vice Chair
Ottawa, Ontario, April 15, 2025 — The Young Professionals in the Auto care sector (YPA) Committee is pleased to announce the appointment of Hitesh Patel as its first Vice Chair. This new role strengthens the YPA Committee’s leadership by providing greater continuity and capacity to advance its mandate. The Vice Chair will work alongside the Chair ensuring continued support for young professionals in Canada’s auto care sector.
The YPA Committee plays a vital role in fostering professional development, thought leadership, and mentorship opportunities, equipping the next generation of auto care professionals to drive industry growth and innovation.

Serving as Director at Transtar Aftermarket Solutions in Canada, a NexaMotion Group company, Hitesh oversees all facets of the Canadian business, including sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, human resources, finance, and information technology. With more than 15 years of experience in the Canadian auto care sector, Hitesh has held roles at
organizations across the sector, such as Monaco Group, Carquest Canada/Advance Auto Parts, NAPA Auto Parts, and Altrom Auto Group (UAP Inc.). A strong believer in authentic leadership, Hitesh is committed to fostering the development of young professionals within auto care.
