The term “AIA Canada” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the Automotive Industries Association of Canada, the owner and operator of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website. You are not permitted to use the Marks in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of AIA Canada.

Restrictions and prohibited uses

You agree that you will not use the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website for any improper, fraudulent, illegal, or malicious purpose, including, without limitation, to impair use of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website by others. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website. You also agree not to use the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website to create, develop, or otherwise generate any derivative works or any functionally compatible or competing software or hardware. All content including, without limitation, all Marks, text, design, graphics, drawings, photographs, code, and software and all organization and presentation of such content, which forms a part of the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website, are subject to intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, held by or licensed to AIA Canada. All such rights are expressly reserved.

Trademarks

Any Marks on the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website may be trademarks or trade names or registered trademarks or trade names of AIA Canada or its affiliates, in Canada and other countries. AIA Canada’s Marks shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is not AIA Canada’s or its affiliates’ in any manner. Any notice required to be given to AIA Canada under this Agreement shall be given at the address below or at such other existing municipal address as AIA Canada may provide to you in writing or by sending such notice by means of facsimile or e-mail:

Any such notice shall be deemed to have been received by AIA Canada immediately upon delivery at its address set out above, seven business days after mailing such notice or on the business day following the day of sending a facsimile or e-mail message. Receipt of any facsimile messages shall be confirmed by telephone by the forwarding party.

Privacy

You agree to AIA Canada’s collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the AIA Canada Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to the privacy provisions of this Agreement, we will post those changes in the AIA Canada Privacy Policy to keep you informed of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

Governing law & jurisdiction

By accessing and using the Automotive Industries Association of Canada Website, you agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and AIA Canada or its affiliates.

  • If members are using a Valet location
    • Hand a copy of the printed voucher to the agent at check-out or give them the discount code 1120313 once the code is entered by the agent the rate will automatically append to the AIA Canada rate program.
