The Canadian Automotive Service Sector

In the Fall of 2011, the Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) contracted J.D. Power and Associates to conduct a study that would shed light on the motivations and influencers of consumer behaviour as it relates to the repair and maintenance of their vehicle. Designed to be of benefit to all AIA Canada member companies the overall goal was to gain a better understanding of consumer attitudes and habits at the shop level.
