I-CAR Canada
I-CAR Canada is a training and recognition program, run by AIA Canada, aimed at skills updating for the collision repair industry.
Training is available in both official languages and in live class and distance learning formats. Individuals and repair facilities can earn industry-recognized standards through regular skills updating.

Innovation in Automotive Training
Innovation in Automotive Training is a free training program that aims to address the industry’s workforce challenges—the shortage of automotive tradespeople and the need for up-skilled tradespeople to service modern cars, including EVs. Offered in the Fall 2023, both a Career Exploration and an EV Up-Skilling program will be offered in collaboration with Conestoga College, Fanshawe College, St. Lawrence College and Plug N’ Drive. This Employment Ontario project is funded in part by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario and is offered in English only.
