Call for speakers: Advancing gender equity in the auto care sector
The Canadian Auto Care Industry Conference (CAIC) is calling for one (1) speaker to present on the critical topic of women in the auto care sector during our event in Toronto on March 19, 2025. This session will offer a unique platform to share key insights that advance gender equity and foster a more inclusive environment within the auto care industry.
Your session will contribute to ongoing efforts to retain talent and create workplaces where everyone can thrive. By highlighting the importance of diversity, mentorship, and best practices for inclusion, you’ll play a part in driving innovation and setting a standard for the future of auto care.
We are looking for a speaker with expertise in topics like :
- Building inclusive workplaces: Best practices for gender equity: Share strategies and tools that can help organizations foster a culture that values diversity and inclusivity.
- Mentorship and sponsorship: Cultivating female talent in the auto industry: Explore the impact of mentorship programs in supporting and advancing women’s careers in the auto care sector.
- Driving innovation: The role of diverse teams in auto care: Discuss how diversity within teams leads to more creative problem-solving and innovative solutions for the industry.
- Showcasing success: Gender equity initiatives in auto care: Highlight organizations that have successfully implemented gender equity programs and the outcomes of those initiatives.

Session times: This session will be repeated back-to-back for attendees. It will be offered from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
