CCIF appoints new members to the CCIF Steering Committee
Ottawa, Ontario, March 19, 2025 — The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) is pleased to introduce the newly appointed members of its Steering Committee. As industry experts, this group plays a vital role in shaping the conversations at CCIF’s exclusive events—helping to identify key topics and priority areas that matter most to Canada’s collision sector.

We are also pleased to announce that Sylvain Séguin, president of Fix Network Canada has been appointed as the new Chair of the CCIF Steering Committee. With his extensive industry experience and leadership, Sylvain is well-positioned to guide the CCIF priority areas for the upcoming years’ events.

Matthew Banister — Supplier
Owner, Titanium Tools and Equipment Inc.

Matthew Bannister, CEO of Titanium Tools and Equipment Inc., Equipment Gateway, and Area 22 Training Centre, has over 35 years of experience in the collision industry, with his involvement in the industry starting in 1986, thanks to his father’s involvement with the Spraybake Spray Booth Company.
Since founding Titanium Tools and Equipment Inc. in 2013, he represented esteemed brands and his company has become a trusted supplier of premium products from manufacturers, such as Dent Fix, Prosol, and more. Based in Maple, Ontario, Matthew knows the importance of professional development and training—especially as technologies rapidly emerge—he expanded his company by launching a dedicated training centre with a full-time instructor that provides hands-on, practical training.
Jeff Brown — Collision repairer: Shop owner/manager
General Manager, Don-Mor Automotive Group

Currently serving as General Manager of Don-Mor Automotive Group in London, Ontario, Jeff began his career in the industry after graduating from Niagara College. He got his start at a CSN shop in Niagara Falls, working alongside his grandfather, where he learned the fundamentals of collision repair and estimating.
Jeff’s career spans several diverse leadership roles, including Acoat Services Consultant for AkzoNobel and several key positions at CARSTAR Canada, such as National Performance Manager and Area Manager of Operations. Jeff has demonstrated that modern solutions can complement traditional operations while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer service.
David Foster — Collision repairer: National/regional network head office representative
Senior Vice President Operations & Development, CARSTAR Canada

David Foster, senior vice president of operations and development at CARSTAR Canada, is a results-driven sales and business development executive known for building high-performing teams and strong client relationships. With expertise in leadership, strategy, and operations, he drives growth through new opportunities and client retention.
His positive leadership and commitment to excellence make him a trusted industry leader in business development and enterprise value creation.
Beverly Kodybra — Educator
PBE Technical/Sales specialist, LKQ Refinish

Beverly Kodybka is a dedicated automotive professional with a passion for refinishing. She began her career at 18 years old, spending 18 years as a high-volume collision centre painter before transitioning to education. Now, as an instructor at Algonquin College and a paint technical representative, she empowers the next generation through training, workflow optimization, and mentorship.
Raj Ravia — Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) dealer
Director of Collision Centre Operations, CanadaOneAuto

Raj Ravia is a multi-location operator for CanadaOne Auto, where he ensures top-tier repairs and customer service. A former collision center owner, he scaled his business to a multimillion-dollar enterprise through lean production and team-based compensation. Committed to industry advancement, he serves on committees, driving innovation, excellence, and long-term success.
David Ribeiro — Special advisor
Director Industry Relations, Automotive Retailers Association

David has spent 45 years in the automotive industry, starting as a collision technician before joining the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), where he played a key role in developing the Centralized Estimating Facility. For the past 11 years, he has led collision and glass initiatives at the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA), and now serves as Director of Industry Relations, advocating for fair industry compensation.
Greg Wing — Collision repairer: National/regional network head office representative
Director of Brand Development and Strategic Partnerships, Simplicity Car Care

Greg entered the automotive industry in 2007, managing dealerships before joining Discount Car & Truck Rentals in 2013, where he transitioned into insurance sales. Later, he worked across North America in the hail industry, where he strategized and helped solve insurer challenges. In 2021, he joined Simplicity Car Care, progressing from Director of Sales to Director of Strategic Partnerships.
In this role, he drives business growth by strengthening relationships with insurers and vendors to support franchisee success.
Amin Youssef — Young leader
Regional Vice President, Fix Network

Amin Youssef, Regional Vice President at Fix Network, has over 15 years of experience in the industry, holding previous roles with LKQ Keystone and NAPA Auto Parts. A York University graduate with a business minor and risk management certification, Amin holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation and is a member of the
Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), ensuring strategic, risk-aware leadership that delivers value and sustainable industry success.
