Keeping up with the next generation: Meeting new employee expectations

July 30, 2024

Employee expectations are changing, and company retention rates will suffer if employers cannot meet them. Curbside Chat host Lorraine Sommerfeld is joined by Chris Muir of Centennial College and Marie Artim of Enterprise Mobility, for an in-depth conversation about the next generation of auto care professionals.

From increased flexibility, a positive work environment, and comprehensive compensation packages, incoming auto care professionals have new expectations—and if employers want to retain that talent, they will have to meet them.

This episode provides insights on the value of mentorship, how to effectively communicate with the next generation of auto care professionals, creating an inclusive environment for women in automotive, and more.
