AIA Canada's New Report Sheds Light on Aftermarket Labour Data

"Any chance you would know the percentage of women who work in the industry?" At AIA Canada, we are used to being asked questions on labour market trends and issues. We also realize that there is no one cohesive source for the aftermarket industry to gather information on labour market trends. Until now!

'Labour Market Watch: Status of the Mechanical and Collision Sectors in Canada' captures the results of four bilingual surveys targeting managers and frontline workers.

What emerges is a clear picture of the workforce composition of the aftermarket industry, along with data on gender, education, training and other demographic information.

This first-of-its-kind initiative seeks to equip the industry with pertinent information and support business and career success.

This is a FREE report for all industry stakeholders, job seekers, guidance counsellors, employers, frontline workers, government officials, students, and AIA Canada members.

Coming up later this year...

We will bring together data and statistics from the report in an online format, a website, called AutoConnex. Users can engage with the dynamic data, download reports and also find a list of jobs from across the country available in the industry. The website will also provide users with specifics on which occupations will see job growth or decline within the next 5 years, and with compensation information per occupation.

Join our mailing list to make sure you do not miss out on AutoConnex!
