If your vehicle has been in a collision, you don’t need more surprises when you take it for repairs. Being able to trust that your automotive repair technician is properly trained and certified helps take a lot of the stress out of visiting the garage.
As Collision Sector Coordinator, you’ll help make Canadians feel more confident taking their vehicles for repairs by helping to connect automotive repair technicians with the training they need. You’ll be the first point of contact for I-CAR Canada—a nationally recognized collision repair training program run by the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada. You’ll take inquiries from current and prospective I-CAR participants, and assess and respond to their needs.
And don’t worry—you don’t need to know anything about cars or vehicle repair. But you do need to have great customer service and data entry skills, and the ability to deal with multiple projects with different deadlines. You must also be fluent in French.
Application deadline: Sept 27, 2019
We thank everyone who applies for the position, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. We reserve the right to close the post before the stated closing date where we have a high response rate.
